Job summary

BCG is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support the kitchen team in preparing and serving nutritious meals for residents. You will help maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen, working collaboratively to deliver a quality food service.

Formal qualifications are not required as training will be provided; a PVG check and satisfactory references are required for employment in the UK.

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Kitchen team to serve delicious, well-balanced, and nutritious meals that our residents will love. This role offers plenty of opportunities to build relationships with our residents and develop your skills.

About You:

As a Kitchen Assistant at BCG, you will be dedicated to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and will be eager to assist during the food preparation process. You should approach your work with reliability, consideration, and care. Formal qualifications are not required as training will be provided, although any experience in a commercial or care setting would be beneficial.

Successful candidates are subject to satisfactory references and a PVG check and must be authorised to work in the UK.
