Job summary

Greene King operates Metro Pubs in London, including the Square Pig in Holborn. This Kitchen Assistant role supports a busy kitchen, keeping stock, cleanliness, and safety standards to ensure smooth service for customers.

You will work with a team, communicate clearly, and bring a genuine willingness to learn and grow your kitchen skills, in a fast-paced environment with supportive training as part of a major hospitality group.

Job Description

As a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll play a key part in the kitchen ensuring a busy service runs smoothly. You’ll make sure everything is well stocked, clean, and the team around you have everything they need to create the perfect dish for our customers.
