Job summary

Young's Pubs in Brockenhurst is seeking a Kitchen Assistant, with a possible live-in option, to join our busy kitchen team. You’ll work behind the scenes to keep the kitchen clean and deliver high quality service, contributing to a smooth-running operation.

We value reliability, teamwork and a strong work ethic, and provide clear progression routes through Apprenticeship schemes, a Chef Academy and Share Save opportunities, plus a company pension.

Qualifications

• Experience as Kitchen Assistant or eager to start hospitality career.
• Team player with good communication.

We are looking for an existing Kitchen Assistant or an individual looking for their next step to their hospitality career, who considers themselves to have a passion to work within a reliable team that delivers high quality standards. We need hard-working and dedicated people behind the scenes to help our restaurants run smoothly and to ensure that they are always clean and tidy. As the successful Kitchen Porter you will:
