AND IN RETURN

The Trust is a great place to work. We have been providing care for nearly a century and are the second-largest not-for-profit provider in the UK. As a not-for-profit, we reinvest every penny into our residents, colleagues, and care homes. We offer a competitive salary, training, and development opportunities.

Additional benefits include:

  • 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)
  • Free uniform
  • Free DBS
  • Higher pay rates at weekends
  • Access to our Employee Assistance Programme
  • Refer a Friend scheme with rewards for successful recommendations

ABOUT YOU

No formal catering experience is required as we will provide training. However, a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial. We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic about cooking, takes pride in kitchen hygiene standards, and has a positive, can-do attitude. Good communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent resident care are essential.

You should be confident engaging with elderly residents to understand their individual needs and enjoy working as part of a team.
