Your main responsibility will be to support our kitchen and food & beverage teams by ensuring all kitchen areas are clean and tidy, and all crockery and cutlery are prepared for the food & beverage team to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience for our guests.

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Daily cleaning of all kitchen areas, staff canteens, and kitchen corridors
• Washing all kitchen equipment for the chefs and all crockery and cutlery for the restaurant service staff
• Maintaining cleanliness during service times, keeping walk-through areas clear of obstructions, and floors dry
• Following cleaning schedules as instructed, signing them daily to ensure proper documentation
• Keeping all store areas clean and tidy, ensuring floors are swept and mopped
• Storing all food deliveries properly, rotating stock as received
• Communicating effectively with all staff
• Keeping the delivery yard area clean and tidy
• Cleaning food waste bins, general waste bins, and recycle bins weekly as instructed
• Assisting with stocktaking as required
• Supporting non-food deliveries and distributing received goods to relevant departments
