Job Title: Kit Assistant

Location: American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing

Hours: 40 hours per week, worked over 5 days out of 7 according to the kit team rota.

Contract Type: Permanent

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and organized Kit Assistant to support our Men’s and Women’s teams. Your responsibilities will include organizing and distributing training and matchday kits, printing names and numbers, and managing the washing and preparation of kits to a high standard. This role involves liaising effectively with players, staff, parents, scouts, coaches, and senior managers. A full valid UK driving license is essential as the role involves driving.
