KINTO-UK Ltd seeks a Sales Team Leader for its Portsmouth office, responsible for leading the sales team to achieve targets and drive growth. This role offers significant leadership responsibilities within the Toyota Group and opportunities for professional development in a customer-centric environment.
The role that you are applying for, will be working for KINTO-UK Ltd which is a Mobility Brand owned by the Toyota Group, offices located in Portsmouth. KINTO-UK share their HR function with Toyota Financial Services (TFS) in the UK, however the job being advertised will not be working directly for Toyota Financial Services.
The role in a nutshell: This role is responsible for leading the KINTO One Direct sales team, focusing on achieving sales targets, optimising team performance, and managing the dealer referral scheme to drive business growth.
A bit about the ‘Department’: As the Leasing spearhead for Toyota & Lexus the KINTO One team leads the strategy and direction for this channel within the KINTO UK business, working closely with Toyota GB, Toyota Financial Services and Toyota Insurance.
What you’ll be doing:
· Lead and manage a team of KINTO One Direct Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
· Implement and oversee the KINTO One Direct sales strategy, ensuring alignment with overall KINTO One objectives.
· Manage the dealer referral scheme to maximise lead generation and sales conversions.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with Toyota and Lexus dealerships, providing ongoing support and training on the KINTO One Direct program.
· Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to the KINTO One General Manager.
· Ensure the team adheres to all regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
· Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
· Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely tracking of leads and opportunities.
· Resolve complex customer issues and escalate where necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
