Job summary

TimePlan Education are seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to join our Kingston team, supporting pupils with learning, development and wellbeing across partner primary schools. You will provide 1:1 and small group support, assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and help develop inclusive, supportive learning environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a primary school or educational setting.
• Knowledge of supporting pupils with SEND (autism, ADHD, speech and language).
• Patient, caring, and proactive approach to helping children succeed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils, including those with additional learning needs.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and adapting activities.
• Encourage positive behaviour, inclusion and wellbeing.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents to promote progress.
