Job summary

Ascent Flight Training (Management) Ltd is seeking a King Air (B350) Pilot to support rear crew instruction within UKMFTS. Qualifications

• Commercial Pilot Licence with at least 500 hours as 1st pilot.
• Qualified Military Mult-Engine Pilot.
• Proven medical fitness and flying currency.
• Strong safety mindset and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across diverse teams.
• Instrument Rating and Single Pilot operational fitness.
• Familiarity with UKMFTS structure and rear crew training syllabi.
• Understanding of military ethos and training standards.
• Experience contributing to operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Fly airborne sorties to support rear crew instruction as part of UKMFTS programme.
• Ensure aircraft operations meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with instructors and engineers to deliver training experiences.
• Act as a role model for flight safety, professionalism, and Ascent’s core values.
• Maintain readiness for scheduled and unscheduled flights.
