Job summary

2Excel seeks a Prestwick-based Captain to join our Special Missions team delivering 24/7/365 SAR supports from Prestwick, Humberside and Newquay. You will fly the King Air B350 with a First Officer and Sensor Operator, handling challenging surveillance tasks to protect lives in critical situations.

Successful candidates will have UK CPL/ATPL with IR, Class 1 medical, and substantial King Air experience; training will be provided, including simulator sessions if required.

Qualifications

• Class 1 medical required.
• UK CPL (or ATPL) with IR.
• Total flying hours 1500+ (750 PIC, 100 IR, 100 Night).
• King Air Series experience 100+ hours (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist surveillance tasks within the UK and neighbouring States using the King Air B350.
• Pilot the King Air B350 with First Officer and Sensor Operator on board during day and night shifts.
• Potential management/lead pilot role at forward operating base; ensure aircraft are mission-ready for SAR operations.
