As a Product Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our recently established Kinexys Digital Payments product line, focused on transforming payments with next-generation blockchain infrastructure. Your strategic thinking, analytical skills, and strong communication will be key in collaborating with partners to seamlessly integrate technology development in a control-focused environment.

Job Summary

As a Product Manager within Kinexys Digital Payments, you will manage the strategy, development, and delivery of Kinexys products. You will be part of a global team of product designers, technologists, and innovators, tasked with providing clients with new age cash management and payment products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives and ensure a differentiated client experience.

Job Responsibilities

1. Own the development and delivery of Kinexys products.
2. Collaborate with key stakeholders and partners across Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Operations to propel product initiatives.
3. Drive product ideation and build consensus with business partners and senior managers on design and feature priority decisions.
4. Define the client service model to ensure a differentiated client experience.
5. Collaborate with Sales on the development of a commercial strategy and client-facing materials to help drive product commercialization.
6. Partner with cross-LOB teams to determine the feasibility of building out new services to introduce into the market.
7. Develop and size market opportunity, pricing strategy, and growth projections.
8. Monitor competitors, competitive products, and trends to ensure we maintain a leading position in the market.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

1. Experience working in payments, financial services, and/or enterprise fintech.
2. Strong communication skills and ability to build consensus across functions.
3. Strategic thinking—ability to conceptualize the big picture, prioritize, and develop high-impact solutions.
