  • Use programmed kilns.
  • Smoke and cook fish through kilns.
  • Control cooling processes and input data on PC.
  • Mix dusts to specifications.
  • Clean smoke generators.

Be Personnel and our client are pleased to announce a vacancy for a Kiln Operator on a temp to permanent basis. Working for our client, the world's largest Atlantic Salmon producer, offers great exposure to a globally operating business.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Rinsing trolleys of fish
  2. Weighing trolleys of fish and recording weights against tare weights
  3. Taking temperature controls and recording on CCP-controlled documents
  4. Planning and managing workloads within a small team
  5. Moving fish in a controlled process using trolleys
  6. Using programmed kilns
  7. Smoking and cooking fish through kilns
  8. Controlling CCP cooling processes
  9. Inputting data on PC
  10. Mixing dusts to specifications
  11. Cleaning smoke generators

Schedule:

4 days on, 4 days off, rotating days and nights from 18:00 - 06:30 and 05:30 - 18:00.
