Your Mission
- You will join as an NVQ Level Beauty Therapist with skincare and beauty therapy experience. This role offers the chance to help shape the future of customer experience within our boutiques and create a meaningful impact as we build the future of Kiehl’s Treatment Rooms.
- You will use your beauty qualifications to carry out treatments such as Deep Pore Cleansing Facials, Clarity Correcting Facials, Rejuvenating & Firming Anti-Ageing Facials, and Express skin-boosting pressure point face massages.
- You will be passionate about luxury skincare, wellbeing, and delivering exceptional customer service by listening to clients’ needs with empathy.
- You are a personable individual who loves meeting new people and taking them on a personal journey to feel amazing. Our teams demonstrate a spirit of adventure and passion for developing genuine connections to build trust and loyalty.
- You will greet prospective clients in-store, conduct skin consultations, listen to their needs, and share expertise and product knowledge to potentially change their lives.
- You will proactively approach customers warmly to provide a world-class experience, educating them about our skincare formulations and innovations, focusing on wellbeing and nurturing their skin.
Support and Development
- Your induction includes regular training with your Area Manager, Education Mentor, and peers, supported by a Kiehl’s Education Learning Journal with modules across Retail Skills and Skin Care. A full training induction will also support your success.
- Upon passing training, you will receive your ‘Kiehl’s Wing Pin’ to wear proudly on your lab coat!
- Quarterly team trainings will introduce new launches, skin application techniques, and product testing.
- Many development programs are available at Kiehl’s, including leadership modules for those interested in progressing into management roles.
