Your Mission

• You will join as an NVQ Level Beauty Therapist with previous skincare and beauty therapy experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of customer experience within our boutiques. You will contribute to creating a meaningful impact as we build the future of Kiehl’s Treatment Rooms.
• You will use your beauty qualifications and expertise to carry out treatments such as Deep Pore Cleansing Facials, Clarity Correcting Facials, Rejuvenating & Firming Anti-Ageing Facials & Express-skin boosting pressure point face massages.
• You will be passionate about luxury skincare, wellbeing, and delivering exceptional customer service, listening to your clients’ needs with empathy.
• As a people person, you love meeting new people and guiding them on a personal journey to feel amazing. Our teams demonstrate a spirit of adventure and passion for developing genuine connections to build trust and loyalty.
• Meeting and greeting prospective clients in store, conducting skin consultations, listening to their needs, and sharing expertise and product knowledge that could change their lives.
• You will proactively approach customers in a warm and friendly manner to provide a world-class customer experience, sharing your knowledge of skincare formulations and innovations, educating customers on wellbeing and skin nurturing.

Support and Development

• Your induction will include regular training with your Area Manager, Education Mentor, and Peers. You will be supported with a Kiehl’s Education Learning Journal covering Retail Skills and Skin Care modules. A comprehensive training induction will also be provided.
• Upon successful training completion, you will receive your ‘Kiehl’s Wing Pin’ to wear proudly on your lab coat!
• You will attend quarterly team trainings on new launches, skin application techniques, and product testing.
• Many development programs are available at Kiehl’s, and we will support your progression into management roles through leadership modules.
