Job summary

Gymfinity Kids is seeking a Ninja & Parkour Coach for our brand new venue. You will plan and deliver engaging Ninja and Parkour sessions for children, focusing on safety, confidence, and skill development.

We value energetic coaches who can lead groups, build positive relationships with parents, and contribute to a dynamic team. The role requires evenings and weekends, with a competitive hourly rate and a strong emphasis on growth and fun.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching children or in related sports (parkour, Ninja, gymnastics, martial arts, or fitness).
• Energetic, outgoing personality capable of leading groups with confidence.
• Willingness to learn, develop and contribute to a fun, safe session environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver fun, safe, and challenging Ninja and Parkour sessions for children.
• Design obstacle-style activities to support agility, balance, strength, and coordination.
• Be a positive and energetic role model who makes sessions engaging.
• Work with parents and carers to share progress and welcome families.
• Collaborate with the team to improve session delivery and structure.
• Identify opportunities for training and development for yourself and colleagues.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility.
• Contribute ideas to team meetings and club development.
• Help build an inclusive, upbeat, collaborative team culture.
