Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working in a church setting.
• Strong safeguarding awareness and DBS check.
• Ability to work flexibly with church calendars.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee kids and families ministries.
• Provide pastoral support to families and children.
• Develop vision for Sundays, midweek, and events.
• Build and empower volunteer teams.
• Ensure safeguarding policies are upheld.
• Attend staff meetings and church events.
