All Saints’ Streetly is seeking a Family and Children’s Worker to lead and grow ministry to children and families. The post focuses on biblical teaching and vibrant activities that nurture faith and personal growth, including toddler groups, Messy Church, and school engagement.

The role offers term-time and school-hours flexibility with job-sharing options, closing date in late November 2026. Prior ministry experience is valued; a passion for mission is essential.

Hours: Part-time (0.5 WTE) Pay: £13.53 per hour, three year appointment

The Role

As our Family and Children’s Worker, you will lead, enable, and develop our active ministries. Your core focus will be offering biblical teaching and vibrant social activities that foster a life-long faith in Christ and encourage personal growth.

Key areas of ministry include:

• Toddler Groups
• Messy Church/ Primary School engagement
• Seasonal Festivals & Major Celebrations
