Job summary

Gorsey Bank Primary School is seeking a dedicated Kids Club Activity Leader to supervise children and deliver safe, engaging play-based activities. You will help create a welcoming, home-from-home environment for pupils aged 4–11 and ensure the space is tidy after each session.

The role is term-time only, up to 6.5 hours per week, mainly during school open hours. Flexible arrangements may be considered to support work/life balance within the Laurus Trust.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children aged 4–11 years is advantageous.
• Ability to support play activities that children enjoy.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children and organise/prepare appropriate play-based activities.
• Ensure the environment is left clean and tidy at the end of each session.
• Provide a high quality, child-centred play setting that meets the needs of all children and their families, including those with additional needs.
