What you’ll do:
As a key player reporting to the SVP, you will drive the development and delivery of on-trend, high-quality kidswear and children’s accessory products by working closely with design, buying, and merchandising teams. You’ll manage detailed technical specifications, lead rigorous quality assurance and safety compliance initiatives, and collaborate with overseas suppliers to maintain top-notch standards for children’s products. Your role is crucial in delivering garments that fit perfectly, adhere strictly to children’s safety and regulatory requirements, and maximize sales opportunities in the kidswear market.

Who you are:

• A proactive professional with 3+ years’ experience in kidswear fashion technology, including fabric knowledge, product development, and children’s sizing
• Experienced in working with offshore suppliers and understanding the global supply chain for kidswear products
• Skilled in analysing market trends and customer feedback specifically within the children’s apparel sector to keep product ranges competitive and profitable
• A natural leader who can guide and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring critical deadlines, safety standards, and quality benchmarks are met
• Proficient in product safety, compliance, and legal requirements specific to kidswear, including chemical testing, flammability standards, and age-appropriate design considerations
