Location: Reading, MA Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (37.5 hours/week) Starting Pay: $23.08/hour ($45,000 annually) Status: Full-Time, In-Office

LevelUP is CCMSI’s paid, full-time training program designed to build the next generation of Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjusters. Over the course of 12 months, you’ll receive hands-on learning, mentorship, and real-world experience to fast-track your path into an impactful and stable career.

This is not an internship or a short-term rotation—it’s the first step in a long-term professional journey in the insurance industry.

What is LevelUP?

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

• Participate in classroom-style and hands-on training modules
• Assist with reviewing claims, gathering facts, and learning claims systems
• Shadow experienced adjusters and handle tasks with increasing responsibility
• Build skills in communication, negotiation, documentation, and decision-making
• Work on real claims with oversight as your knowledge and confidence grow
