Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (minimum) required.
• Friendly, positive attitude and keen to learn.
• Basic IT skills and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and maintenance of systems/databases.
• Help schedule engineers and organise daily jobs.
• Answer calls and emails and keep records tidy.
