As a Team Leader in your restaurant, you will work alongside the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and play a crucial role in delivering our core operations to the customers. Your responsibilities will include coaching and guiding your team to ensure a dependable and consistent experience for our customers. As a Team Leader, you will:

• Delight our guests by running the shop floor to a high standard, overseeing your team’s performance, and supporting management when needed.
• Be at the heart of our restaurants, setting up and closing shifts, performing admin duties to maintain safety and excellent quality in your restaurant.
• Become your best self as you train your team, whilst managing projects to identify your own stretch goals with your coach.
