Our Assistant Restaurant General Managers (ARGM) bring a wealth of experience from diverse sectors, including supermarkets, pubs, high street retailers, and banks. As an ARGM, you will hold a crucial position within the restaurant management team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and standardized operation of day-to-day activities. Your role will involve motivating and developing a high-performing team dedicated to delivering a reliable and consistent experience for our customers. Additionally, you will drive sales and profitability in your restaurant, contributing to its overall success. As an ARGM, you will:

• Coach, train, and engage your team, growing them to become their best selves.

• Perform weekly admin tasks to help maintain a functional and well-oiled machine that is your restaurant.
• Run the shop floor to a high standard, delighting our customers and creating a memorable experience that keeps them coming back again and again.
• Manage the restaurants recruitment process, to bring in the best talent who demonstrate our core values; smart, heart, courage.
• Ad-hoc project work to help identify stretch goals that’ll enable you to become your best self.
