Job Description:

County Teachers are looking for a Newly Qualified Teacher to take on a Year 3 class in a school rated “Good” by OFSTED in Abbots Langley. The school is ideally looking for an NQT as they have the resources to support such a candidate and have a successful track record of developing new teachers. They aim to help new teachers become creative and innovative practitioners. The position is expected to become permanent if expectations are met throughout the academic year.

The role begins in January 2025 and continues until the end of the Spring Term. It is highly likely that this fixed-term contract will transition into a permanent role afterward.
