For our REPLAY outlet in York, we are looking for a representative and enthusiastic Part-time Sales Assistant (30 Hours).

As you are our first point of contact with our customers, your drive is to give them the best customer experience as a true Replay ambassador. You will maintain the day-to-day standards in presentation in the shop and keep your assortment in stock levels up to date. In addition, you will also take on the role of Key Holder.

Your profile:

• A positive and enthusiastic person with great communication skills
• A feeling for fashion and trends
• Experience from a similar position for at least 1 year is a plus
• You have a flexible attitude; working on weekends and during evenings is no problem for you
• You are able to identify customer needs and answer all product-related questions
• Knowledge of the collection and special product information
• Familiarity with sales targets and KPI indicators
