Job summary

Musgrave Group Plc in Banbridge is seeking a General Assistant with Keyholding duties to help deliver a warm and efficient shopping experience for customers. You will assist with stock merchandising, checking dates and stock rotation whilst supporting store operations.

No prior Deli or retail experience is required as full training is provided. GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent) are preferred, and you will join a supportive team with opportunities to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above (or equivalent).
• No prior Deli or retail experience required; full training provided.
• Must be able to work as part of a team and learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at manned or self‑scan checkouts with excellent service.
• Merchandise stock, manage dates and rotation in fresh, ambient and frozen sections.
• Adhere to health and safety policies to protect customers and colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of work in all tasks.
• Assist with stock takes and counts as required.
