The Role

We are looking for a Part Time Keyholder with a passion for customer service to join our Wellbeing Hub in Leeds, working 26 hours a week over 4 days.

You should be able to provide an exceptional, welcoming customer experience aligned with our brand values. The role requires teamwork, resilience under pressure, adaptability, professionalism, and availability on weekdays and weekends, with occasional late nights.

A genuine interest in health & wellbeing and a desire to share your wellbeing journey, tips, and advice with customers and team members are essential.

What You Will Do

• Deliver the highest standard of customer experience in store to inspire wellbeing
• Drive sales and support company objectives
• Assist with daily tasks alongside the team and Store Management
• Contribute proactively to the wellbeing of our planet and people
• Take initiative and be proactive
• Maintain company standards consistently
• Ensure high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and visual merchandising

Requirements

• A passion for customer service and inspiring colleagues
• Self-motivated with high standards in store
• Confident communicator, honest, kind, respectful
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings
