Job summary

360 Talent is recruiting a Key Holder - Menswear for a Department Store in Birmingham. You will lead the shop floor, drive sales, manage store opening/closing, coach staff, and build strong client relationships.

The role requires proven experience in premium or luxury retail, especially menswear, with a track record of meeting KPIs. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week permanent position with bonus potential.

• A proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to work independently when required.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for luxury fashion and a genuine interest in menswear.
