Job summary

The Beauty Tech Group is seeking a hands-on Keyholder for a premium beauty tech pop-up at Bicester Village. You’ll support the Store Manager, deliver a consultative customer experience, and help the team meet daily and weekly targets.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in premium environments.
• Experience in a keyholder, supervisor or team-leader role.
• Consultative selling approach with an educational focus.

• Highly organized with attention to stock, cash and store standards.
• Flexible to work weekends, bank holidays and peak periods.
• Passion for beauty, skincare or beauty tech (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations, including opening and closing the store.
• Deliver a premium, consultative customer experience, educating customers on beauty tech products.
• Drive sales and help the team hit daily and weekly targets.
• Lead the shop floor in the Store Manager’s absence, motivating the team.
• Bring the CurrentBody brand to life through demonstrations and in-store activations.
• Manage stock, deliveries, replenishment, stock counts and merchandising.
• Handle cash, till and end-of-day procedures accurately in line with security standards.
• Onboard, coach and support new team members as the store grows.

Job description

As Keyholder, you’ll support the Store Manager in running a premium, digitally led beauty tech store at Bicester Village, helping customers discover clinically backed devices and creating an experience that keeps them coming back. This is a hands on role with real responsibility, in a store that’s already proven its success.

What you’ll be doing

• Support the Store Manager with the day to day running of the pop up, including opening and closing the store
• Deliver a premium, consultative customer experience, demonstrating and educating customers on beauty tech products
• Drive sales and help the team hit daily and weekly targets
• Step in to lead the shop floor in the Store Manager’s absence, guiding and motivating the team
• Bring the CurrentBody brand to life through storytelling, product demonstrations and in store activations
• Manage stock, including deliveries, replenishment, stock counts and visual merchandising
• Handle cash, till and end of day procedures accurately, in line with security and compliance standards
• Help onboard, coach and support new team members as the store grows

Skills, knowledge & expertise

• Previous retail experience, ideally in beauty, skincare or another premium environment
• Experience in a keyholder, supervisor or team leader role, or a strong appetite to step up into one
• A confident, consultative approach to selling, with a focus on education over hard sell
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional presence with customers and colleagues
• Highly organised and reliable, with strong attention to detail across stock, cash and store standards
• Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays and peak trading periods
• Passion for beauty, skincare or beauty tech (nice to have, not essential)
