Are you passionate about working with and making a difference to Young Carers? Can you organise and manage your workload, communicate effectively, and work as part of a team?
We are seeking a district-based Key Worker to work within West Essex, with the need to travel across wider Essex to support Young Carers (aged 0-18), young adult carers (16-24), and their families. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in Young Carers' lives daily.
Your role will involve providing individualised support related to their caring role, raising achievement and aspirations, and enabling them to have the same life chances as their peers.

Please note: The role requires mobility across the operational area. A driving licence and access to a vehicle, or alternative mobility solutions, are necessary.
