Across Worcestershire, Cranstoun coordinates the treatment and support of people who use our services, helping them to deal with their substance use so that they can change their lives, be happy and reach their goals.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the Cranstoun Worcestershire service in our Criminal Justice Team. We are seeking a competent and knowledgeable Key Worker with Criminal Justice Specialism, providing targeted support to improve continuity of care between prisons and other criminal justice partners within the Alcohol and Drug Recovery Service. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, safe service to the people you support, including assessment and engagement support, caseload management, needle syringe programme delivery, harm reduction, and interventions. A good knowledge of harm reduction is essential.

Post holders may be required to work some evenings to meet our service delivery requirements. The core service operates Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.
