Job summary

Affinity Learning Partnership is seeking a compassionate Key Stage 5 Learning Mentor to support students through tailored interventions and well-being guidance. You will build strong relationships with students, parents and staff to create an inclusive learning environment.

The role is 37 hours per week (39.2 hours available). Strong organisational skills to keep records and monitor progress are essential, along with a proactive approach to meeting individual needs.

The Candidate:

Strong organisational skills are necessary for maintaining accurate records and monitoring student performance. You will be proactive in identifying needs and resilient in facing challenges, ensuring that all students, including those with specific requirements, receive the support they need to reach their full potential.
