The South West Apprenticeship Company is offering an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Teaching Assistant to work in Year 5 and gain a Level 3 qualification. You will receive comprehensive support from your line management and teaching team to develop skills essential for this role.
Responsibilities include promoting inclusion and safeguarding, supporting learners’ social and emotional wellbeing, and contributing to a positive educational environment. The role requires GCSEs in English and Mathematics (A* to D) and involves 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
We have an excellent opportunity for an apprentice to be supported and trained to become a Teaching Assistant. You will be supported by your line management and the wider school team to learn a variety of new skills to help you achieve your qualification.

They are looking for a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant Apprentice in their Year 5 Class, to work with their teaching team and study towards a Level 3 Apprenticeship.

Monday to Friday
Hours will be spread between Monday to Friday inclusive (actual hours to be agreed by St Brigid’s Catholic Primary School). There will be no hours worked during school holidays.
