The School and Role

A Primary school situated in Newcastle are looking to appoint an experienced Key Stage 2 Teacher to work full-time from October 2026. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum, excellent classroom practice, and a commitment to delivering engaging, high-quality lessons. Previous experience of teaching within lower Key Stage 2 is essential for this role. This school has excellent public transport routes from the city centre, making it easily accessible.

Requirements

The desired Teacher will have:

• Experience of teaching within KS2.
• An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• The ability to plan and deliver differentiated learning.
• An excellent understanding of how to support pupils with SEND.
