We have an established, strong curriculum that is well-resourced, complemented by a fantastic learning environment with extensive outdoor spaces.

We are looking for a skilled practitioner who can:

  • Exhibit the Leybourne Chase core values in their professional behaviours.
  • Be an excellent role model for teaching and learning.
  • Demonstrate confident subject knowledge across a range of curriculum subjects.
  • Use this knowledge and skills to lead and develop a foundation subject.
  • Have a positive impact on the wider school community.

We can offer you:

  • A strong, supportive ethos across the school based on our core values.
  • Regular personal CPD and training, including mentoring and coaching.
  • Motivated, well-behaved children.
  • Committed staff and leadership team.
  • A supportive Local School Board.
  • Opportunities to lead whole-school projects to effect long-term change.

We benefit from being part of the Valley Invicta Academies Trust, which enables collaborative projects and school visits with secondary schools. Teachers and TAs participate in joint CPD sessions, including moderation, and pupils have many opportunities to engage in sporting and arts events.
