The Role

One of our client schools in Selby has an exciting opportunity for an Upper Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to join their supportive and friendly team. Covering a maternity leave, this position will be in Upper Key Stage 2, with the specific class depending on the strengths of the successful candidate.

The Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status in England is essential
• Experience across Upper KS2 and strong behaviour management skills
• A proven track record or a clear vision for raising attainment and supporting pupils' wellbeing
• An inspiring and passionate teacher committed to achieving the best outcomes while making lessons engaging and fun

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status in the UK
• Minimum of 2 teaching references
• Experience across Key Stage 2
• Behaviour management skills
• Availability to work 5 days per week
• Applications from ECTs/NQTs are welcome
• All staff must undertake safeguarding checks, including an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
