Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our vibrant team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, fostering a love of learning in our young students.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to Key Stage 2 students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting achievable targets.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure continuity of learning and a cohesive approach to the curriculum.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on student progress and well-being.
  • Contribute to the wider school community, participating in events, meetings, and extracurricular activities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
