Job Title: Key Stage 2 Teacher (KS2)
Location: Gainsborough
Salary: GBP130 GBP180 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher looking to inspire young minds and contribute to academic excellence?

GSL Education are currently recruiting a skilled KS2 Teacher to join vibrant and supportive schools in Gainsborough. This opportunity is open to both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are ready to make a positive impact on pupils in Key Stage 2.

Role Overview:
As a KS2 Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to a range of abilities, preparing pupils for SATs and their transition to secondary education. You will foster a stimulating classroom environment where all children feel motivated, confident, and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach across the Key Stage 2 curriculum with creativity and high expectations.
• Support pupils academic, emotional, and social development.
• Track pupil progress and implement strategies to raise attainment.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Maintain an organised, inclusive, and well-managed classroom.

Requirements for KS2 Teacher:

• Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and assessment methods.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
• Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
