The Governing Board, staff, children and families are very proud of the education we provide at Oakfield Junior School and we were delighted when this was recognised in our most recent Ofsted inspection when we were graded as good. This is a safe, happy and caring school to learn and work in and our wish is for staff to join us who share our vision and values.
Our new staff member will be supported by a dedicated team that is hard working, flexible and invested in our children. Staff across the school maintain robust systems for ensuring that children are safe, happy and successful. The management of behaviour and the quality of relationships are strengths of the whole school. We work hard to engage effectively and productively with all stakeholders.
The school is outward facing and works successfully in partnership with other schools in Fetcham and Leatherhead.
