Job description

We are looking to appoint an experienced Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant, to initially work in Year 1. The job involves supporting pupils in Year 1 in the classroom and at lunch time.

The successful applicant will be employed on a part time, permanent contract for 30 hours per week over five school days, with 30 minutes for lunch each day. This will be arranged as follows:

Please note that this is term time only; and the successful applicant will be paid on Kent Scheme B (£25,126 pro rata). Appointment will be from 4th September 2025.

Experience of working with children 3 -11 in either a school or pre-school setting is essential.
