Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant – Kensington and Chelsea – Outstanding School

The Head Teacher of a thriving primary school based in Kensington and Chelsea is looking to recruit several Graduate Teaching Assistants to support students across KS1.

In this Teaching Assistant role you will be supporting children 1:1 and in small groups, running reading & literacy interventions in addition to providing general classroom assistance. This Teaching Assistant role requires an immediate start and will operate on a full-time basis until the end of the academic year.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • Strong academic background including GCSEs, A Levels and a Degree (2:1 or above)
  • Perfect for a bright English graduate who is considering Primary Teaching
  • Previous experience working in a child-related environment is essential
  • Passionate, confident and enthusiastic personality
  • Must hold an enhanced DBS (we can assist in your application for this)

  • Primary Teaching Assistant
