Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher with a passion for nurturing young learners? This school is looking for a Key Stage 1 General Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive school community in Cannock. We are looking for an inspiring Key Stage 1 teacher who can deliver engaging lessons to children aged 5 to 7, fostering a love of learning and supporting each child's individual needs. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons, assessing pupil progress, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the success of all learners. The ideal candidate will have strong classroom management skills, a creative approach to teaching, and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  2. Create a positive and stimulating learning environment
  3. Support children's social, emotional, and academic development
  4. Work closely with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and involvement in their child's learning
  5. Collaborate with the wider school team to share best practices and contribute to school improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For:
  1. A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  2. Previous experience working in Key Stage 1 (preferred but not essential)
  3. A genuine passion for teaching young children and a commitment to providing the best possible education
  4. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  5. A creative and flexible approach to teaching and learning.
