We are a beautiful, welcoming rural school nestled in the heart of North Shropshire, dedicated to providing a happy and enriching start to children's education. We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team from September.

The Role

Support class teachers in delivering high-quality learning experiences to children aged 5-7

Assist with classroom management, group activities, and individual support

Help foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

Encourage and support children's social, emotional, and academic development

About You

Experience working with Key Stage 1 children or in a similar role

A genuine love of working with young children and supporting their growth

Patience, kindness, and excellent communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff

Willingness to get involved in the wider life of our school community
