Job summary

Randstad UK is seeking a dedicated KS1 Supply Teacher to join our school community in the United Kingdom. This role offers flexibility with a focus on delivering high-quality Year 1 and Year 2 education, while maintaining strong classroom management and continuity of learning.

You will deliver engaging lessons, support literacy and numeracy development, and collaborate with Teaching Assistants to ensure pupil progress.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage a classroom and maintain high standards of behaviour.
• Experience delivering lessons across the KS1 curriculum and adapting to pupil needs.
• Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and assessment expectations.
• Demonstrated adaptability to changing schedules and school needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and attendance.
• Safeguard and support pupil wellbeing in line with safeguarding policies.

Your responsibilities as a Supply Teacher will include:
