Randstad UK is seeking a dedicated Key Stage 1 Supply Teacher to support Year 1 and Year 2 across flexible placements. You will deliver engaging lessons, uphold high standards of literacy and numeracy, and maintain calm, well-managed classrooms with tailored support for primary learners.

The role offers adaptable scheduling, collaboration with school staff, and opportunities for long-term work or permanent roles for experienced practitioners with KS1 expertise.

Your responsibilities as a Supply Teacher will include:

• Maintaining records of progress within the classroom
• Safeguarding all children
• Delivering lessons in line with the curriculum
• Supporting and liaising with Teaching Assistants in your class

Requirements of the job role:

• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one)
• PGCE with QTS
• Strong knowledge of the curriculum
• Being passionate about teaching and learning
• Tailoring your approach to the individual needs of children where necessary
