£600 - £1190 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role

Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated Year 2 Teacher for a welcoming primary school in Peterlee. This full-time role involves planning, teaching, and assessing in line with the KS1 curriculum, delivering engaging lessons that support children s progress and confidence. The ideal candidate will inspire learning, encourage independence, and motivate pupils to achieve their potential. Previous experience in Key Stage 1 is desirable. The school provides a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

Requirements

The desired Teacher will have;

  • Experience of working with primary school aged children.
  • Experience of working with pupils with SEND.
  • A passion for the progress of primary school pupils.
  • An ability to work as part of a team.
