Job Title: Key Stage 1 Teacher
Location: Gainsborough
Salary: £130 - £180 per day (Depending on experience)
Start: September 2025
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Are you a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity? Do you have the drive to create an engaging and supportive learning environment where children can thrive?

If so, GSL Education are looking for a supportive KS1 Teacher in Gainsborough to deliver creative and fun loving lessons to KS1 Students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver creative and engaging lessons tailored to KS1 pupils.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued.
  • Support early literacy, numeracy, and social development through effective teaching strategies.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants, SEN staff, and senior leaders to meet pupils' needs.
  • Assess and track student progress, providing targeted support and feedback.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider school community.
    • Encourage a love of learning through interactive and inspiring teaching methods.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Experience working within the classroom or specialisation in KS1 curriculum.
  • A creative and engaging approach to teaching.
  • Strong behaviour management skills and classroom presence.
  • Commitment to student development, well-being, and safeguarding.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive school team.
  • Have anupdated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps)and anenhanced DBSregistered to theUpdate Service(or be willing to apply for one).
  • Competitive daily rates of £130 - £180 (dependent on experience).
