Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to Key Stage 1 pupils

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

• Monitor and assess pupil progress in line with national curriculum standards

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and school leadership

• Establish strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers

• Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management

• Attend relevant meetings and contribute to the wider school community (as agreed based on part-time hours)

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK

• Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 1

• Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment expectations

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

• A professional, flexible, and proactive attitude

• An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
