About the Role:
Required: September 2025

We are looking to recruit an excellent class teacher to lead our KS1 team and join our SLT from September 2025. We are looking to appoint someone who:

  • is an excellent KS1 classroom practitioner
  • is able to apply their in depth knowledge, creativity and enthusiasm to the development of the KS1 curriculum
  • has the ability to lead an effective team and develop others’ practice
  • has high expectations of pupils’ learning and behaviour will make a positive contribution to our school community


This is a TLR 2 position.

Key Requirements:
We are looking to appoint a teacher who:

  • is able to inspire and support all learners and who is committed to raising standards
  • has experience of team and curriculum leadership experience of implementing and developing the KS1 curriculum
  • is well planned and highly organised
  • has high expectations of behaviour is an excellent role model for children
  • iswilling to commit to the full life of the school including its Christian ethos
