Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Manufacturing Key Operative - Picker to join our warehouse team. You will pick stock and load onto pallets or cages, ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfilment in a safe, hygienic environment to deliver great products to customers.

Supported by the management team, you’ll minimise downtime and maintain quality by differentiating between good and poor products and applying corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Able to differentiate between good and poor quality products and take corrective action.
• Able to comply with site and business policies such as health and safety and food safety.
• Happy in an active role with a good level of fitness.
• Effective time management, communication and problem solving skills.
• Loves working as part of a team and is comfortable in a fast paced warehouse environment with varied temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Pick stock and load onto pallets or cages, stacking securely and carefully.
• Ensure orders are picked accurately and efficiently, minimising downtime so that quality products can be distributed.
